Kyoto Uji Matcha Tea Powder 弥生の白 20g

OHATA (許波多の昔) : We only use the highest quality Uji spiece called “Asahi”. Plucking is carefully done by hand. It is the highest quality with a pure taste that can also be used for the dark tea (Koicha).

KOMAKAGE (駒影) : Our finest matcha blend of Uji varieties Asahi, Ujihikari, and Samidori with more complex taste. The blend ratio is confidential. Plucking is carefully by hand. Our finest Matcha as light tea (Usucha).

EIJU (永寿) : Uji species such Asahi, Samidori, Ujihikari, Goko, and Hoshun are blended. Plucking is done by scissors cutting. It is a quality tea with an elegant taste and aroma.

YAYOI (弥生の白) : All Uji species are blended. Plucking is done by scissors cutting. Ideal as Matcha for lessons. Also great for use as Matcha for dessert and cooking.
