FUJITA KINZOKU Easy-to-use Fluffy Tamagoyaki Pan (Large)
Ideal for "baking" and "stir-frying" with omelet of iron to grow!
It is a tamagoyaki pan manufactured in Osaka, Japan.
This easy-to-use fluffy egg role (tamagoyaki) pan is hard tempered, which is Fujita Kinzonku's original processing.
Each one is hardened by a craftsman until the temperature of the main body is close to 700 °C, and the oil is mixed with olive oil.
Therefore, there is no need for "dry baking / oil leveling" at the beginning of use, and the oil is familiar from the beginning, so the finish is "difficult to stick and rust".
* With the characteristics of iron, which has good thermal conductivity and high heat retention, you can bake ingredients plumply.
* Oil is moisturized on the pot skin, and excess "oil" and "moisture" do not return to the ingredients, so you can cook deliciously.
